This is the drawing from his patent for that apparatus: a tall framework crowned with a domed terminal, filed in 1902 and finally granted in 1914. The money ran out long before the dream did, and the tower at Wardenclyffe was torn down in 1917. The drawing survived.

Restored from the original U.S. patent and printed in amber on black.

U.S. Patent No. 1,119,732 · Granted Dec. 1, 1914

→ Read the full story in The Archive

The shirt
• Bella + Canvas 3001, unisex fit
• 100% combed and ring-spun cotton
• Fabric weight: 4.2 oz./yd.² (142 g/m²)
• Pre-shrunk, side-seamed, shoulder-to-shoulder taping
• Printed to order, just for you

Note: the fabric is lightweight and slightly sheer under some lighting.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1026/8783/4411/files/unisex-staple-t-shirt-black-front-6ad1ea0abcb77.jpg?v=1792141854
