Refund policy

Every SEEKER VII piece is printed to order, just for you. Because nothing is made until you buy it, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

IF SOMETHING'S WRONG, WE'LL MAKE IT RIGHT
If your order arrives misprinted, defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You won't need to send the item back.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best. Once an item is in production, it can't be cancelled.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PARCELS
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but it hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out. If a parcel is returned because the shipping address entered at checkout was incorrect, we can reship it once the address is confirmed; the cost of reshipping may apply.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or PayPal, it can take a few business days to appear.
