XVI — The Tower · Drop 1
Watching lightning storms roll across Colorado in 1899, Tesla became convinced the earth itself could ring with electrical waves, like a struck bell. In this patent he describes using the planet as part of the circuit: set the earth resonating, and energy could be drawn off far away. It's one of the boldest ideas he ever put on paper.
Restored from the original U.S. patent and printed in amber on black.
